Priorities for Pearland
Plan Ahead for Infrastructure
Aging infrastructure impacts daily life—roads, sidewalks, drainage, utilities, and long-term maintenance. Tony supports proactive planning and disciplined decision-making so infrastructure is addressed before it becomes an emergency.
Keep Pearland Affordable
Families and small businesses are watching rising costs closely, including tax rates and water costs. As a CPA, Tony understands the impact these costs have on households. His focus is on responsible budgeting, transparency, and long-term planning—protecting affordability while maintaining essential services.
Public Safety First
Pearland’s reputation as a safe place to live is one of our greatest strengths. Tony will continue prioritizing public safety through strong support for police, fire, and emergency services—paired with responsible planning and investment.
Collaborative Leadership
The City’s strategic plan is shaped by citizen feedback and should guide decisions based on long-term priorities. Tony will work respectfully with City Council, honor the will of the council vote, and keep the focus on what’s best for Pearland.
