Meet Tony Carbone
Tony Carbone is a Certified Public Accountant, small business owner, and tenured Pearland City Councilman. He has served as Mayor Pro Tem three times and brings years of hands-on experience working alongside residents, city staff, and fellow council members to address Pearland’s needs.
Tony’s family has roots six generations deep in Pearland, and that legacy of commitment guides his public service. He believes Pearland’s success is built on strong leadership, thoughtful planning, and a community that stays engaged.
Tony has supported the City’s response during major events, including time in the Emergency Operations Center during Hurricane Harvey and winter freeze emergencies. He values the training, preparation, and teamwork required to lead effectively when it matters most.
Tony and his wife, Crystal, are raising their three daughters in Pearland and are active members of New Hope Church.

Pearland’s reputation as a safe place to live is one of our greatest strengths. Tony will continue prioritizing public safety through strong support for police, fire, and emergency services—paired with responsible planning and investment.
